Meal Planning with MyNetDiary

MyNetDiary now offers a meal planning feature for members who want to get the most out of calorie tracking and organizing their diets. Currently available for TLC (Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes) and Paleo diets, each menu equips followers with 21 days of meals and snacks. Use the guides for making weekly shopping lists and essentially setting your diet on “auto pilot” for three weeks.

Each meal plan was carefully crafted by experts who follow those diets (and enjoy good food!). They are aimed to provide diverse and delicious meals and snacks each day, while also relying on leftovers for next-day meals.

By following these meal plans, you will be eating healthy, nutritious meals and snacks that provide proper macro- and micro-nutrient levels. The TLC menus are available for 1200 kcal or 1600 kcal daily goals. The Paleo meal plan is set for 1800 kcal.

However, it is easy to modify any of these meal plans to suit your own custom calorie goals.
