|More info:||I use mynetdiary everyday.I exercise 5 days a week and take one day of rest. 3 weight work outs (upper & lower body), 2 abs workouts and 3-4 cardio HIIT sessions. It's alot of work, but so worth it. I exercise at my local YMCA.|
