Current goal: Currently weigh 218; want to be at 150.
HOWEVER, the # on the scale is not nearly as important as how I feel about myself, my health, and how I fit into my clothing
Favorite diets: anything that fits in my mouth; allergic to all seafood though

Need help with: My depression is what is the hardest to manage; it's hard to care about yourself. I'm hoping that changing my life, and attitude in general will make me more healthy overall

More info: Work 2 jobs, have a 12 year old that keeps me insane. Just trying to figure out how to take care of myself for once!
