Current goal: To attain and then maintain a body fat percentage within the athletic range. Also, to complete a marathon before my 27th birthday.

Favorite activities: Running, lifting, mountian biking, trail building, skipping rope, and swimming.

More info: I used MyNetDiary to drop from 250 to 210lbs in a year. Then I maintained that for about 6 months before I decided to reset my history and - this time aiming in the 160s. During this bout, I discovered that I love running and other activities!
