I am putting to use the tip given on ?changing your base?
Now every time I eat rice or noodles I will put the rice or noodles last and keep in this practice. I enjoy reading about how a protein shake as a snack between meals is wise because it?s something I have always loved to do, beside my fitness.

Great, Joshua! Good to hear that Ana's post was helpful. Her post didn't address protein shakes between meals per se, but that meals and snacks should contain protein to help with satiety. But having said that, yes, protein shakes that fit within the calories budget can help folks with satiety.
