Start slow. You don't want to injury yourself.

I just started today as well and I am starting out slow and easy. I just did 15 minute circuit training and a 30 min walk. Stick with it and you will build up your endurance in no time.

Newbies - gradually build up fitness so that you reduce risk of injury. Generally, change only one factor at a time as you transition: frequency (# days/week), intensity (how fast, how much weight lifted, or how much your heart rate is increasing), or time (duration of activity).
