Good, current info. It helps me to learn about all the great benefits of strength training. That's what pushes me to do the weight machines when I go to the gym.
This article gave me some real new, credible info. I had no idea about how people with diabetes lose more muscle mass than people without diabetes.
I'm in my 50's, with diabetes, and I need to be more diligent and regular about doing my strength training.
