Should I be eating part or all of the calories that I am building through the day with exercise? I am ending the day with at least a 1300 calorie deficit.
Thanks!

I am a very active individual and I would say from personal experience that you should eat at least 50percent of your exercise calories. If not you will find yourself very hungry and your workouts will suffer

Thanks Hammy! I am worried that I am keeping myself in starvation mode. I am staying full all day but it mostly veggies and such which just aren't giving me the calories. Thinking of maybe adding a protein shake or something similar.

I would eat some but not all mostly because the calories "burned" could be overestimated a bit.

Folks, if you haven't read the calories article, please do so since it will help you understand how the calories targets and settings work at MyNetDiary: http://www.mynetdiary.com/customizing-calorie-goals.html
Also, let me know if you still have questions. I found that I was always hungry when I tried to lose too much weight per week and didn't eat my exercise calories. Remember that the system is creating the calories deficit needed and the Analysis area accounts for your weight goal and target date. So, given that the DRI energy equations might slightly oversestimate or underestimate for some of you, there is some unavoidable error. But unless your true caloric needs are way below the DRI equations, you should be able to trust MyNetDiary's calculations for your caloric intake.
