Hi I’m new and looking for motivation , accountability friends. I’ve signed up for a year and I really want to make this app work with me and for me. I wanna get down to 350 , 300, 250, 200 lbs. I need help and will support anyone who kicks my butt in to shape and helps with motivation.
I’ve done a lot of diets and I’ve only lost 55 lbs. I. Was at 445 at one time and now I’m down and kept my weight at 390-400 lbs. I wanna keep moving the scale down but I lose interest and motivation cause I have no friends
Around me and it’s harder as you get older.

This app has really helped me. Don’t listen to everyone. Use the knowledge you have to build a plan that works for you and your schedule. Then input the calories. After a while, I started looking at food as “expensive” in calories and since I’m a cheapskate, it worked for me. But see what works best for you. You can do this and it will be ups and downs, but it’s worth it and we’re all in this together. Cheering you on! And saying a prayer too!
