Best plan ? Topic


I have tried so many diet plans from Slimming World to Weight Watchers to shakes. I started recently the blood sugar diet which is cutting the carbs and sugar but I found I still go back to the bread and haven't lost just yoyo'd!
I have decided that my best option would probably be just calorie count and then I can incorporate what I know from previous plans and go from there.
What would be the ideal calorie intake for me please. I'm 5'5", 48, 13st 6 (188lbs , 85kg) And not much exercise only dog walking and the occasional gym session as I've not long had a knee op
Any suggestions on making this successful are gratefully received. Thanks xxx

I think the calorie estimates from the app are spot on. Simply complete the pertinent information under the top green "Plan" tab. Make sure to select sedentary under activity. Even if you exercise on a regular basis the sedentary feature will provide you with a reasonal calorie budget to promote weight loss. Once you have entered your personal information you will receive a calorie and macronutrient budget. If you would like a specfic meal plan we have a few to choose from.
