Anyone got any good stacks or meals for gaining weight?


I like to eat for snacks things like dark chocolate, nuts, cheese and crackers, granola, jerky, and pretzels dipped with peanut butter:) Also, try bagels with cream cheese for breakfast! That's one of my favorites! Tuna, deli rollups, and eggs are great for lunch! I will let you know if I find more:)


Snack ideas/tips that can help increase calories intake:
Larger portion sizes of current snacks.
More healthy fats: for for 1/3 - 1/2 cup nuts & seeds.
Add avocado to sandwich/salads.
Add good quality granola to yogurt or oatmeal.
Add more olive oil (or plant oil of your choice - all good if not hydrogenated) to your food/veggies.
Bigger portion of cheese with crackers.
Dried fruit - add a serving to regular fresh fruit intake.


Fruit fresh or dried, bread, oatmeal with blueberry jam and peanut butter (both 1 tablespoon), whey protein shakes with fresh or frozen fruit added, sometimes some candy. I try to gain by increasing carbs and protein, not by increasing fat. I try to keep fats under 60grams per day, which is kind of the max if you want to add lean mass. Any further tips on those types of snacks would be highly appreciated!! :))
