Hi, i burn about 500-600 cal per day at the gym but noticed im not getting as tired so today a went for it and burned 1160 cal in 1 hour 35 min. Is this to much? Im 5"4 female and 95kg. Im eating 1250 cal per day but today i had 1800 cal as i burned more. I seem to have hit a wall with my weight loss, any advice on workouts please?

It's likely that your calorie estimator overestimates your caloric burn?

I would watch your weight loss. If you lose more than 2 pounds a week, then you should try up your calories. If your weight loss is still in a safe range, then don't worry.

If you have money to spare, get a heart rate monitor. Machines tend to grossly OVERESTIMATE caloric burn. At least with HRM, it bases caloric burn on your heart rate

If your only doing cardio (not sure from your post) then you should try and add weight lifting to your routine. Muscle building boots your metabolism throughout the day

Thank u i have started doing some weights so hopefully that will help. Someone suggested cutting my calorie intake to 1000 per day but i find myself tired and hungry if i do.

At your current height and weight, it makes sense that you'll burn a lot if calories. But, like others said, take what the machines say with a grain of salt.
Do NOT cut your calorie intake to 1000. First, that's unhealthy. Second, such a drastic calorie deficit through diet and exercise are harder to sustain. Your best bet is building habits slowly overtime to have lasting results.
Be careful measuring by weight too. Always weigh yourself in the same conditions (best is mornings after using the bathroom but before eating) and don't weigh too often since weight fluctuates so much. Keep track in other ways such as measurements, pictures, and how clothes fit.
Really, listen to your body. If you feel good with what you're doing, you may be fine. Just be conscientious and don't starve or over-exert yourself.

Hi, I'm a bit worried about my burning calories rate , as per my plan I have been assigned 988 cal per day and I eat less than that , I always end up having cal left in the day but I still feel I'm not losing weight . Any suggestions?

You should worry about your calories plan than what you are burning. 988 is too LOW
Please read this. This post has good information on why big calorie cuts are not good
