I've been eating 100+ protein a day to keep my goal, however I workout daily 300-800 calories and do weights everyday..so what gives? I wanna loose 25 pounds by aug 16

Always remember that muscle weighs more then fat. You may be losing fat but at the same time gaining muscle which will confuse you when looking at the scale. So you could be gaining weight because you are gaining muscle. Also make sure to give yourself or your muscles at least a day of rest between workouts. Don't work the same muscle groups everyday. They need time to heal and rebuild.

OP, you did not mention how much TOTAL CALORIES are you eating

1500

Instead of weighing on the scale (which will confuse you due to muscle gain), take your measurements. It's much more accurate! You might have gained muscle weight, but lost inches!

I think you need to eat more calories if you are burning 300-800. That is a huge amount and your body might think you are starving, hence slowing the metabolic process

Just remember that muscle does not weigh more than fat! That's a common myth, however lean muscle takes far less space on your body which can make your appearance smaller even though you may not be dropping weight. Measure!

A pound is a pound, regardless of source. However, density is a different matter. 1 cubic inch of muscle is denser and has more mass than 1 cubic inch of fat. That's why putting on muscle but taking off fat may leave you weighing the same but having smaller measurements.

You may want to have your thyroid checked.....
I had this problem, and couldn't lose any weight, I gained weight, but now that it's fixed, I take a pill everyday, I recently lost about 50 lbs, I am down to 233 and my entire goal is 200, i'm 5'11''
