Motivation pals! Topic


I'm new and starting a gym on the first. I gained about 60 lbs after I got engaged. (Do to STRESS!) now that I'm married, I want to have a baby. I need to get healthy again! And I'm in need of some diet pals who also want to lose weight!


Hey girl! Congrats on your marriage! You're making smart choice to be healthy for your baby. I had my baby 20 months ago and trying to lose last 15 lbs ugh! We can do this! I'm starting today. What are you doing TODAY? I'm walking.


I walk a bunch, like but not as much as I need to. It's hard for me during the day, because I literally have no time to. I have to wait till Friday before I can join planet fitness because that's the only free day I have. And this weekend I'm going to buy workout gear! I'm pretty excited about that! Monday after work I'm going to be able to make time for myself and start my workout routine. I'm going to set monthly goals. My goal for May will be 30 lbs. I know I can do it! I'm going to change my life style for the better! :)
