Would anyone like to share their favorite foods for weight loss? I found chicken salads very effective. I like to hear from others....


avocados, oatmeal, stevia instead of sugar, green apples, and peanut butter are some of favorites


Eggs, bananas with peanutbutter. They tend to have satiety,probably due to high protein content


Stir-fry, salmon, chicken and vegetables for meals. Snacks- frozen diet coke, fruit, 60 cal puddings,


Greek yogurt is the best! Chicken breast, any type of berries and almonds oh and peanut butter but in moderation


Anything with a salad.
Tuna's my favourite.
Fill your plate with wonderful coloured varieties of salad veggies and a nice no fat dressing to wash it all down.
Minimal calories, maximum attention to detail, presentation goes a long way as it helps you enjoy the meal.

Avocado and turkey bacon sandwich...low cal bread (my fav is Sarah Lee), a few thin slices of avocado, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, black pepper. I also like diced baked skinless chicken, black beans, and spaghetti sauce. Heat and eat in pita bread.


asparagus, brussel sprouts, eggs, peanut butter, greek yogurt, all fruits. u can eat anything u want! just in moderation. weightloss is calories in, calories out!


Porridge! A splash of milk to taste but mostly water with banana and honey or nuts on top, delicious! :D
