Tap three dots ⋮ button to see all logging-related actions as well as relevant Settings.

Open Settings, turn Timestamp Food & Exercise ON to see consumption time for every logged food.
Open Settings, turn Show Preferred Carbs ON and choose your Preferred Carbs Type: Total Carbs, Net Carbs or Diabetes Carbs Count.
Tap Favorite field - the food will be added to My Favorites list, a part of My Foods collection. Tap Favorite field again to remove the food from My Favorites list.
