Changing target date changes your weight loss rate and your target daily calories.

Please note that MyNetDiary calculates target dates with weekly weight loss rates up to 2 lbs, as the math available does not work for faster weight loss rates. If you have a doctor's or dietitian's recommendation, you can override this using "customized" calories row in the bottom section of the screen.
