Blood Pressure Entry

On this screen, you can enter your blood pressure reading. Please enter the numbers like in this example: 120/70.

Optionally, you can assign one or more labels, describing the situation at that moment, such as whether this was before or after a meal, before exercise, your symptoms - anything you consider worth of labeling. In the future, you would be able to filter payments by labels, to better see patterns.

American Heart Association Recommendations

It is helpful to get readings in the early morning and the evening. Before taking the reading, don't do any activities that are likely to affect the blood pressure, such as eating or exercising. Rest quietly in a comfortable chair for 3 to 5 minutes, with the upper arm at heart level. Take three readings in succession, waiting at least 1 minute between taking each reading. The first is typically the highest. Calculate and use the average of all three readings.

Optionally, you can enter additional notes about this entry.
