About me

Current goal: Improve fitness level and become more healthy/active. Weight Goal: 260 lb. Doing this in a healthy manner... stopping the yo-yoing and making a permanent lifestyle change that is sustainable to maintain for the rest of my life.
Favorite diets: Diets don't work... I count calories. Energy In vs. Energy Out.
Favorite activities: Walking, weightlifting, swimming, and low impact aerobics
Need help with: Appetite suppression, finding low calorie replacements, and finding aerobic activities that do not aggrevate knee injuries. 2 ACL replacements make me shy about high impact activities. Swimming has been a Godsend!

More info: Was very serious about this in 2015 and then fell away... and am back with a renewed resolve. Hope to go from 325-lbs to 260-lbs... then reassess and eventually learn to maintain.
