1 tablespoon Olive or extra virgin olive oil
16 oz Turkey ground 99% lean 1% fat raw
3 cup, sliced Squash summer all types raw
- Chop onion and saute in olive oil until tender.
- Add turkey and brown until no longer pink.
- Cut up summer squash into cubes. Cook in water until tender.
- Combine all ingredients in a skillet and heat on low until warm.
