6 sprays, about 1/3 second each spray Vegetable cooking spray oil

  • Place tenderloin in dish.
  • Mix together herbs and spices. Rub onto tenderloin and let dry marinade set on meat in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Spray grill with pan spray.
  • Grill tenderloin until internal temperature reaches 145F. This might take 12-15 minutes or so. Turn pork over every few minutes while grilling.
  • Allow pork to rest for about 10 minutes, partially covered, before slicing.

Tip:
Garnished with fresh rosemary and thyme in recipe photo.
