  • Place vegetables on serving plate or cutting board.
  • Portion out hummus in small bowl.
  • Enjoy dipping the vegetables into the hummus!

Tip:
Packaged baby carrots come prewashed and peeled - this is a timesaver. However, if you prefer the way the carrots look in the recipe photo, then buy small carrots with tops still on. Rinse the carrot and tops, then trim the tops to the desired length. Peel the carrots before serving.
