3 steps

  • Peel orange, then place all ingredients into a powerful blender that can handle pulp.
  • Blend or pulse on high until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers.

Tips:
Garnished with fresh mango in recipe photo.

Crushed ice works well in smoothies.

If you prefer a sweeter taste but can't go up in sugar, then try a low sugar flavored Greek-style yogurt.
