A vitamin C-rich smoothie that derives super-creaminess from coconut milk and yogurt.
1 small (2-3/8" dia) Oranges raw
1/2 cup Mango frozen chunks
8 oz Greek yogurt plain nonfat
2 tablespoon Coconut milk canned light
- Peel orange, then place all ingredients into a powerful blender that can handle pulp.
- Blend or pulse on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers.
Garnished with fresh mango in recipe photo.
Crushed ice works well in smoothies.
If you prefer a sweeter taste but can't go up in sugar, then try a low sugar flavored Greek-style yogurt.
There is no added sugar in this recipe.
