Buffalo sauce and chicken turn regular eggs into a spicy, high-protein meal that's sped up by using the microwave.
7 ingredients
2 sprays, about 1/3 second each spray Vegetable cooking spray oil
3/4 cup Egg substitute liquid or frozen fat free
2 oz Chicken breast roasted, skinless
1 teaspoon Onion flakes dehydrated
1 tsp Sriracha or hot chile sauce
2 teaspoon Salad dressing blue or roquefort cheese reduced calorie
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese grated

- Spray vegetable oil into a large mug or Pyrex-style bowl that you plan to eat from.
- Add egg substitute to mug/bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Chop chicken into smaller pieces and add to mug/bowl along with onion flakes and microwave for another 1 minute.
- Add Sriracha (or hot chile) sauce, blue cheese dressing, and parmesan cheese to mug/bowl. Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
For an easier clean-up, add soap and hot water to mug immediately after finishing.
You can use pasteurized whole eggs in this recipe if you prefer, but it will increase the calories a bit.
