  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Form into 4 patties.
  • Spray skillet with pan spray.
  • Cook burgers on medium heat until cooked through with internal temperature of 165F. Try cooking for 8 minutes on one side, then flipping and cooking for another 7 minutes. Add more time if needed.
  • Assemble burger: bun bottom, lettuce, tomato, onion, burger, mustard, and then bun top.

Tips:
Ice water with a slice of lemon is included in recipe photo. This is a refreshing way to hydrate and has 0 calories.

To lower calories and carbs, remove the bun and just use the large lettuce leaf as the wrap.
