  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Spray sheet of heavy aluminum foil with pan spray.
  • Place salmon on foil.
  • Peel and cut garlic cloves.
  • Cut small slices into salmon and stick cloves into salmon.
  • Sprinkle with thyme.
  • Cut lemon in half. Juice half of lemon and pour over salmon. Cut the other half into slices and place onto salmon.
  • Roll up and bake in sealed aluminum foil for about 25 min.
