15 oz Black beans canned no salt added
1/4 cup, chopped Onions raw
1/3 cup Sweet yellow corn frozen microwaved
2 tablespoon Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb
1/2 cup Bread crumbs dry grated plain
4 sprays, about 1/3 second each spray Vegetable cooking spray oil
6 steps
- Rinse and drain one can of black beans. Mash them in a bowl.
- Mince garlic, chop cilantro, and then add to bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form into four patties.
- Lightly spray skillet with pan spray.
- Cook patties over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, until lightly browned.
