1 clove Garlic raw

1/4 cup, chopped Onions raw

1/3 cup Sweet yellow corn frozen microwaved

4 tablespoon Salsa

2 tablespoon Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb

4 sprays, about 1/3 second each spray Vegetable cooking spray oil

6 steps

  • Rinse and drain one can of black beans. Mash them in a bowl.
  • Mince garlic, chop cilantro, and then add to bowl.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Form into four patties.
  • Lightly spray skillet with pan spray.
  • Cook patties over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, until lightly browned.

Garnished with fresh cilantro leaves in recipe photo.
