Super-fun yet easy, kid-friendly treat. Nutritious and satisfying for you!

3 ingredients

...
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas raw
...
1 tablespoon Peanuts dry roasted without salt
...
2 oz Yogurt vanilla nonfat

6 steps

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Cut banana in half and then peel.
  • Chop peanuts very fine.
  • Skewer the banana from the cut side using a small wooden skewer.
  • Dip banana tip into the yogurt then place on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over yogurt portion of banana then place baking sheet in freezer for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.

Tips:
2 oz of yogurt is 1/4 cup.

Instead of sprinkling with chopped peanuts, you can heat 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and drizzle on top of yogurt portion.

It's easier if the baking sheet has edges (e.g. jelly roll pan) so that the fruit does not slip off the edges.

You can experiment with different types of yogurt as the dipping sauce.
