  • Combine lime juice, cilantro, mustard, olive oil, chili, salt and pepper in a food processor.
  • Pulse until ingredients are well blended.
  • Place chicken breasts in an 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
  • Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook chicken on grill for about 5-7 minutes per side until browned and internal temperature reaches 165F.
