  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Combine the nuts in a medium sized bowl. Coat with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the smoked sea salt (it adds more flavor than traditional sea salt if you can find it), garlic, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread nuts in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the nuts. Toss to coat.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
