3 steps

  • Spiral the zucchini and chop the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Saute the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the zucchini. Cook until the zucchini is soft.
  • Season with salt.
  • Stir in the parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
