1/4 cup Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb
1 tbsp chopped Onions green spring or scallions raw
1 pepper Peppers jalapeno raw
1 clove Garlic raw
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper black

Cube the avocado, mince the cilantro and chop the onion, pepper and garlic clove. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together very well.
To store the guacamole and prevent browning, place a sheet of plastic wrap directly on the surface. Placing the avocado pit in the guacamole also helps prevent browning.
