  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Remove shrimp tails (if needed); place in a large bowl.
  • Cut onions and bell peppers into 1/2 inch strips; add to bowl with shrimp.
  • Add olive oil and seasonings to bowl, stir to coat evenly.
  • Spread mixture on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes at 450F.
  • Set oven to broil. Broil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with lime juice.
