1/3 medium Cucumber peeled raw
1 teaspoon Peppermint fresh or raw herb
1 teaspoon Lime juice raw
1/8 tsp Spices celery seed
- Wash, peel and de-seed the cucumber. Dice into tiny pieces.
- Mash the avocado with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Add the cucumber and remaining ingredients into the bowl with the avocado. Mix well and serve immediately.
