  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Cut each pepper in half lengthwise, removing seeds.
  • Chop turkey bacon.
  • Heat pan on medium. Heat olive oil then add turkey bacon and onions, stirring occasionally, until onions are clear. Set aside until cool.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, goat cheese, red pepper flakes, cooked onion and bacon. Stir.
  • Mince garlic. In a bowl, mix almond flour with garlic and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  • Place a tablespoon of cheese mixture into each pepper half. Sprinkle with almond flour mixture.
  • Place on cooking sheet; spray lightly with cooking oil.
  • Bake about 20 minutes until topping is golden brown.
