  • Blend basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts, garlic and pepper in a food processor until smooth to make pesto.
  • Cover shrimp with pesto, marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Place shrimp on skewers. Grill about 2-3 minutes on each side until done.
