  • Microwave method: Stir together the almond milk, half & half, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice in a 12-ounce mug. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds, until hot. Add desired number of drops of liquid stevia. For a less sweet beverage, add less liquid stevia.
  • Stove-top method: Stir together the almond milk, half & half, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan, until hot. Pour into a 12-ounce mug. Add desired number of drops of liquid stevia. For a less sweet beverage, add less liquid stevia.
  • Add the vanilla extract. Use a milk frother to blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Stir in the brewed coffee.
