8 oz Tuna light canned in water
- Cut avocado in 1/2. Remove the pit. Scoop out avocado from skin and place into a medium sized bowl. Mix in salsa (fresh pico de gallo is awesome!)
- Drain 2 cans of tuna. Mix with the avocado and salsa. Fill avocado skins with mixture.
Note: 1 can of tuna drained = 4 oz.
