1 avocado Avocados raw

8 oz Tuna light canned in water

1/4 cup Salsa

3 steps

  • Cut avocado in 1/2. Remove the pit. Scoop out avocado from skin and place into a medium sized bowl. Mix in salsa (fresh pico de gallo is awesome!)
  • Drain 2 cans of tuna. Mix with the avocado and salsa. Fill avocado skins with mixture.
  • Enjoy!

Note: 1 can of tuna drained = 4 oz.
