  • Microwave raw sweet potato cubes for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Potato should be soft but not mushy when done.
  • Place sweet potato in a bowl and mash along with banana and cinnamon.
  • Top sweet potato mixture with almond butter, raisins, and chopped walnuts. Enjoy!

Tips:
1/16 cup walnuts is 1 tbsp.

Substitute raw sweet potato with leftover baked sweet potato or frozen sweet potato cubes.

Substitute chopped walnuts with any type of chopped nut.
