3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes red raw
2 tbsp Basil fresh or raw herb
2 tsp Olive or extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- Chop tomatoes and fresh basil.
2. Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl.
3. Chill for at least 2 hours to let flavors develop.
4. Serve on toasted bread.
5. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
