1 cup Water
...
5 oz Greek yogurt plain nonfat
...
1 medium, about 7" long Bananas raw
...
2 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter
...
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder low carb

3 steps

  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender (make sure to use cold water and frozen banana).
  • Blend well.
  • If the consistency is too thick, add another 1/4 C of water and blend again.
