1 1/2 cup Spinach all varieties raw
5 oz Greek yogurt plain nonfat
1 medium, about 7" long Bananas raw
2 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder low carb
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender (make sure to use cold water and frozen banana).
- Blend well.
- If the consistency is too thick, add another 1/4 C of water and blend again.
Makes 2 servings.
