Dazzle your guests with this three-ingredient, colorful snack or appetizer featuring tangy, slightly sweet Peppadew peppers. Don't worry, they're not too spicy.

3 ingredients

...
24 peppers Piquante or Peppadew peppers Whole Sweet Mild
...
6oz Goat cheese soft
...
2 oz Chives fresh or raw herb

3 steps

  • Drain Peppadew peppers and place each pepper on a large serving platter.
  • Put soft goat cheese into a plastic sandwich bag and seal. Cut a small hole from a corner of the bag. Squeeze the bag to stuff the cheese into each pepper.
  • Chop the chives. Sprinkle chives over peppers. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

If you prepare the stuffed peppers ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator without the chives. Chop and garnish with fresh chives just before serving.

You can use a pastry bag to stuff the peppers instead of a plastic bag.

If using dried instead of fresh chives, consider mix the chives with the goat cheese in Step 2, before piping into the Peppadew peppers.
