  • Peel and mince the garlic.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute for 3-5 minutes, until the garlic is almost brown.
  • Mix the smoked paprika, salt, chili powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; stir into sauteed garlic to make a paste.
  • Add the raw almonds and stir until they are thoroughly coated.
  • Continue toasting the almonds in the skillet until they are fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow the nuts to cool. Remember to portion out and enjoy!

One serving is 1/8 cup or 2 tablespoons.
