1 cup Flaxseed Ground
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning dried
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix ground flaxseed, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Add water, and stir to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Form a ball of dough with your hands. Add more flaxseed if the dough sticks to your hands.
  • Place the ball of dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. With a rolling pin, roll out into a rectangle, about 1/8 of an inch thick.
  • Remove the top layer of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter to cut into 30 pieces.
  • Leave the crackers on the bottom piece of parchment paper and place them onto a baking sheet.
  • Place in oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking every few minutes after the first 15 minutes to avoid overbaking. Crackers should be crisp and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on a rack.
  • Enjoy with your favorite dip or spread! Store remainder in an airtight container.

To make 30 crackers, cut the dough to make 6 equal rows on the long side of the pan and 5 equal rows on the short side of the pan.
