2 cup shredded Lettuce green leaf raw
2 large Egg whole hard boiled
1/4 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber with peel raw
4 oz Salmon chinook smoked
2 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes raw
- Chop the shredded lettuce, eggs, walnuts, and cucumber. Dice the salmon and avocado. Slice the radishes.
