  • Smash avocado in a small bowl or mason jar with a fork.
  • Finely dice the parsley and mix with avocado.
  • Add the other ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy. You may need to add additional water to thin out the dressing. Enjoy!

This recipe makes 1/2 cup (8 tbsp) of dressing. 1 serving is 2 tbsp.
