This enchanting mix of yogurt, mayo, and fresh herbs is also great as a dip.
10 ingredients
1/2 cup Mayonnaise regular
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt plain whole milk
1/3 cup, chopped Onions green spring or scallions raw
1/3 cup sprigs Dill weed fresh or raw herb
1/4 cup Parsley fresh or raw herb
1/2 teaspoon Anchovy paste

- Place mayonnaise, yogurt, green onions, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, water, anchovy paste, and salt in a small food processor. Pulse for about 1 minute or until dressing is smooth.
- Taste the dressing, and add more water if you prefer it thinner. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
This recipe makes about 1 cup. Each serving is 2 tbsp.
Tips:
Substitute capers for anchovy paste if you prefer.
If your herbs and onions are all ready to go, then the preparation time will be closer to 5 minutes. But if you are rinsing and chopping, give yourself closer to 15 minutes to make the dressing.
