8 ingredients

...
2 leaf outer Lettuce romaine raw
...
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise regular
...
1/2 tsp Horseradish prepared
...
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
...
1/8 tsp Pepper black
...
1 slice (1 oz) Provolone cheese
...
2 oz Roast beef from deli
...
1/3 cup, sliced Peppers sweet red raw

4 steps

  • Rinse and pat-dry the 2 lettuce leaves, then place the leaves flat on your serving plate, curved side up.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • To make the wrap, place half of the sliced cheese on one lettuce leaf, spread half the mayonnaise mixture on the cheese, and then top with half of the sliced roast beef.
  • Place half of the red pepper slices horizontally (crosswise) at the very bottom of the lettuce leaf, on top of the roasted beef. Roll up from the bottom and continue until you reach the end of the lettuce leaf. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat for the second lettuce leaf. Enjoy!

This recipe makes 1 serving, which is 2 lettuce wraps.

Tip:
If you are using a very large lettuce leaf, then just make one large lettuce wrap.

2 oz of roast beef is about 2 slices, but it might vary depending upon how thin the meat is sliced.
