  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Thaw and drain spinach.
  • Process spinach, Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons nuts, and garlic in a food processor or until blended.
  • Pour olive oil into the food processor through pour spout while the processor is running. Process until mixture is well blended.
  • Spoon spinach mixture into a small baking dish; stir in mozzarella cheese and remaining nuts.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, stirring after 8 min.

Tip:
Serve on whole grain crackers or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
