2 cup shredded Lettuce romaine raw
2 cup shredded Lettuce red leaf raw
1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples with skin raw
1/2 cup, grated Carrots raw
1/4 cup, crumbled, not packed Blue cheese
1/8 cup Cranberries sweetened dried
1/4 cup, sliced Almonds raw
- In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, apples, carrot, blue cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, and almonds.
- Divide salad into 2 serving bowls. Enjoy!
